First Time App Log-in Offer:

Eligibility
1. This “Guam Mobil Smiles First Time App Login offer” is open to all Mobil Smiles members whose membership is registered in Guam.
2. To qualify for the free fuel coupons ("Login Rewards"), a Mobil Smiles member must download the Mobil app ("App") and successfully login for the first time ("First-time Login Member").
3. Upon successful login, the Login Reward will be credited via the App to the qualified First-time Login Member’s account immediately.

5. The terms and conditions for this First Time App login offer may be revised from time to time at Mobil Oil Guam Inc. sole discretion without prior notice.
6. Mobil Oil Guam Inc. reserves the right to make the final decision on any dispute that may arise out of or in connection with this Promotion between the parties, and such decision shall be final and binding on the concerned member.
7. If the member un-installs the Mobil app and re-installs the Mobil app, the member will be credited any un-used free coupons. Any redeemed coupons or expired coupons from the first log in will be considered as used or expired.

First time log in for existing Smiles members

Step 1
Open the Mobil app.

For registered Smiles members, Tap “I have Smiles card.”
Step 2
Tap “Log in.”
Step 3
Enter the same login email and password that is registered at https://www.guam.mobilsmiles.com/.

Tap “Log in.”
Step 4
Review the Terms & condition and tap “Accept.”
Step 5
A congratulations pop-up message will appear. Tap “ok” and start your app journey with Smiles.

First time log in for new Smiles members

Step 1
Tap “Guam” or “Saipan”
Step 2
Enter your Smiles card information.

Log in email address and Mobil phone number.
Tap to “Continue.”
Step 3
Enter 6-digit OTP code sent to your phone.
Step 4
Enter your personal information and password. Tap to “Submit.”
Step 5
Review the Terms & condition and tap “Accept.”

Existing Smiles Member Forget Password

Step 1
Open the Mobil app.

For registered Smiles members, who forgot their password.
Tap “Forget password.”
Step 2
Enter log in email address.
Tap “Reset password.”
Step 3
Tap “Done.”
Check your login email address.
Step 4
Enter new password and tap ”Reset password.”
Step 5
A congratulations pop-up message will appear. Tap “ok” and start your app journey with Smiles.

Redeeming exclusive limited offers

Step 1
Tap “Rewards.”
Go to Limited offers and tap the ecoupon to redeem.
Step 2
To use the e-coupon, customer to scan station’s static QR Code with mobile phone camera.
Step 3
If the customer cannot open the camera, they can ask cashier to manually input station code + POS code. Tap “Redeem.”
Step 4
Confirmation code will be shown upon successful e-coupon usage.

Redeeming fuel redemptions

Step 1
Tap “Rewards.”
Go to Offers at Mobil and tap the e-coupon to redeem.
Step 2
Check the e-coupon is correct. Tap “Redeem.”
Step 3
Tap “Redeem and Use Now.”
Step 4
Customer to scan station’s static QR Code with mobile phone camera or ask Cashier to assist.
Step 5
Confirmation code will be shown upon successful ecoupon usage. Cashier to scan barcode.

Redeeming fuel discount e-coupons

Step 1
Tap “Rewards.”
Go to Offers at Mobil and tap the e-coupon to redeem.
Step 2
Select and tap the fuel e-coupon to redeem.
Step 3
Customer to scan station’s static QR Code with mobile phone camera or ask Cashier to assist.
Step 4
Confirmation code will be shown upon successful ecoupon usage. Cashier to scan barcode.

Redeeming airline miles

Step 1
Tap “Rewards” and tap the Partner Point conversion icon.
Step 2
Specify how many Mobil Smiles points will be converted and tap “Convert.”
Step 3
Customer to review summary page is correct and tap “Continue.”
Step 4
Enter the OTP 6-digit code sent to your mobile phone number.
Step 5
Success. Review confirmation page. Tap “Done.”
