How do I register my Smiles Driver Rewards card?

Register your Smiles Driver Rewards card instantly by downloading the Mobil Guam App. You can start earning Smiles Driver Rewards points immediately, but you will need to register your card to start redeeming your points for fuel or mart items.

How does it work?

When you purchase fuel at Mobil you earn Smiles Driver Rewards points. When you've accumulated enough points, they can be redeemed instantly for fuel or in-store items – excluding cigarettes and alcoholic beverages.

How do I earn Smiles Driver Rewards points?

You can earn four Smiles Driver Rewards points for every gallon of Synergy™ Extra or Diesel fuel purchased and eight Smiles Driver Rewards points for every gallon of Synergy Supreme+ fuel purchased.

How do I redeem Smiles Driver Rewards points?

Simply present your Smiles Driver Rewards card and inform the cashier that you would like to redeem your points for fuel or mart items. The required Smiles Driver Rewards points will be deducted from your account and the new balance displayed on your receipt.

How long will it take me to earn my first Mobil Smiles reward?

Swipe your Smiles Driver Rewards card when you purchase fuel at Mobil and earn points instantly on every gallon purchased, no minimum spend required. The length of time it takes to earn rewards will vary depending on your fuel purchases.

Can I use my Smiles Driver Rewards card with my Mobil Fleetcard?

Smiles Driver Rewards points cannot be awarded when a purchase is made with a Mobil Fleetcard.

How can I view my Smiles Driver Rewards points balance?

If your card is registered, you can download the Mobil Guam App, log-in and view your point status at any time. Your points balance is also printed on your fuel receipt.

When will my Smiles Driver Rewards points expire?

Smiles Driver Rewards points in your Smiles Driver Rewards account will expire unless you make at least one qualifying purchase and earn Smiles Driver Rewards points within 12 months from the date the last Smiles Driver Rewards points were awarded and credited into your Smiles Driver Rewards account.

What should I do if I forget to swipe my Mobil Smiles card when I purchase fuel?

Please keep your receipt, and call the Mobil Smiles customer service hotline at 1-866-486-6696 to inform us of your qualifying purchase. We will then send you an email with a point adjustment form, which you must complete and return to us.

How can I opt out from receiving promotional messages?

Can I merge my Mobil Smiles account with the accounts of family or friends?

My Smiles Driver Rewards card is lost / damaged / defective. What should I do?

If you lose your Smiles Driver Rewards card or if it is damaged or defective, please report it to the Mobil Smiles customer service hotline at 1-866-486-6696 (Monday to Friday from 10am to 7pm). Upon receiving your report, we will immediately block the card from use. You may get a new Smiles Driver Rewards card at any Mobil service station to replace a lost, damaged or defective Smiles Driver Rewards card. To transfer the points from your lost/ damaged/defective Mobil Smiles Driver Rewards card to your new Mobil Smiles Driver Rewards card, click here to fill up the form.

How do I change my address or any other personal Mobil Smiles account?

Download the Mobil Guam App from the app store. Login and update your members information by simply clicking "My Smiles" then "Account Information".

You may link your Mobil Smiles account to your credit card, allowing you to earn Mobil Smiles points and redeem Mobil Smiles rewards by using your Mobil Smiles account-linked credit card at participating Mobil sites. Please call our Mobil Smiles customer service hotline at 1-866-486-6696 (Monday to Friday from 10am to 7pm).

If your Mobil Smiles Account-linked credit card expires, your Mobil Smiles points will not, unless you do not make any Qualifying Purchase and earn any Mobil Smiles points within 12 months from the date the last Mobil Smiles points were awarded.

You can pick up a Mobil Smiles Student card at the Mobil Mangilao Service Station by presenting your valid university or college ID Card to the cashier.

How do I register my Mobil Smiles Student card?

Register your Mobil Smiles Student card instantly by downloading the Mobil Guam App. You can start earning Smiles Driver Rewards points immediately, but you will need to register your card to start redeeming your points for fuel or mart items.

How does it work?

Complete the Student Card conversion form to transfer your Mobil Smiles points from your Mobil Smiles Student card to your new Mobil Smiles card.
